Between Bertrand and Sofia, it all began about ten years ago in this T2 located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. After moving to the United States, they never managed to break the bond with the first place where they witnessed the birth of a real story between them. Regularly visiting Paris, they return to this place that they wanted to renovate to meet their new expectations. Since then, their family has grown with the happy arrival of Colette and Joséphine... A challenge indeed to accommodate a family in this former apartment intended for two students. But that was without counting on the expertise of our architect Katia, who managed to transform this apartment into a T3 and give it back all its cheerfulness (and a better energy performance rating!)
